Poppy Gifting is the concierge gifting service for individuals and professionals in need of a specialty gift, time savings, and idea generation. We are thoughtful partners facilitating a high-touch gift-giving experience in discovery, curation, sentiment and delivery.

In addition to offering concierge gifting services, we also sell ready-made gifts in The Gift Shop.

We can help with any gifting need. Whether you're searching for a beautiful birthday present, have been tasked with managing corporate holiday gifts at work, or you're putting together your first baby registry, we can help you find the right gift for any occasion.

THE GIFTING SERVICES PROCESS

For Poppy in a Pinch, questionnaires must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours prior to your gift delivery date.

For One Perfect Gift and Perennial by Poppy services, questionnaires must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to your requested delivery date.

For Curated Corporate & Group Gifting services, inquiries must be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.

For Gift Kitting, services may begin a minimum of 3 weeks prior to your gift delivery date.

Please note: minimum timeline requirements may shift depending on your gifting preferences and variables.

No! We can recommend gifts of all values and base our recommendations off of your specified budget.

Each gift catalog typically includes 3-5 gift suggestions, though our Curated Corporate & Group Gifting and Perennial by Poppy Gift Catalogs may include up to 50 recommendations.

Please note: Timing and inventory of each retail partner may vary and while we do our best to include gifts that will remain in stock, we are unable to guarantee a certain gift until orders have been confirmed.

We offer one complimentary revision, so you always find the perfect gift for your chosen recipient.

Additional revisions may be requested for an additional fee.

Our signature gift wrap is included in our One Perfect Gift and Perennial by Poppy services. For all Curated Corporate & Group Gifting and Gift Kitting services, wrapping is an additional fee.

AFTER YOU'VE SELECTED A GIFT

Upon selection of your gift, you will receive an invoice for the cost of the gift. You will also be prompted to select a shipping method and pay the respective rate upon checkout.

Shipments may be sent via the carrier of your choice. We offer rates from USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Local delivery is available for all gifts being delivered within 20 miles of San Francisco for a fee of $10. Rush shipping options are available. Additional fees may apply.

Gifts are delivered within 7-14 days from the time of your selection. Some gifts may be sent via rush shipping upon request. Additional fees may apply. Please note that some gifts may incur delays with shipping carriers due to the COVID-19 pandemic or holidays. If you need to change your delivery date based on the date provided in your questionnaire, please contact us at hello@poppygifting.com and we'll be happy to help.

Service fees are nonrefundable. If your recipient is dissatisfied with their gift or needs to exchange the item(s) for any reason, we'll be happy to help. Please contact us at hello@poppygifting.com. All gifts with personalized detailing such as monograms or customized messaging are non-returnable.

Failure to pay the invoice for your gift within 14 days will result in a cancelled order.

The Gift Shop features an assortment of ready-made gifts for life's most common occasions. These gifts range from Poppy-branded essentials and festive assortments for life's most commons occasions to favorites for seasonal moments.

We understand if your gift is not right. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 business days. All gifts with personalized detailing such as monograms or customized messaging are non-returnable. Returns are reimbursed in full, less the cost of shipping, to your original method of payment.
