Our Return Policy
- All orders for delivered gifts and physical retail products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 business days from date of receipt. Items eligible for return are returnable for store credit only. Restrictions apply; see below.
- Gifts and products with customizations, including but not limited to monogramming, name personalization, tailored design specifications, etc., are non-returnable.
- Gifts and products that contain food, beverage and personal items such as makeup, bath and swimwear, etc., are non-returnable for health and safety purposes.
- Used gifts are not eligible for return unless items are broken or damaged due to extraordinary circumstances at the fault of the vendor or brand.
- Gifts and products from group or corporate orders are non-returnable. Items may be exchanged for replacements.
- Gifts that arrive broken or not as advertised may be exchanged for replacements or returned for a refund to the client that placed the original Poppy Gifting order.
- Return shipping costs are deducted from refunds, unless gifts were damaged or incorrect.
- Orders for unused Poppy Gifting services may be exchanged for Poppy Gifting store credit only.
The Return Process
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Hello@PoppyGifting.com with your order or gift details for return authorization.
- Upon authorization of your return or exchange request, Poppy Gifting will provide a return shipping label via email.
- We request that you package your return or exchange and ship it to Poppy Gifting at your earliest convenience.
- Upon processing of your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund details.
