- Gift Ideas: 48 Hours! We'll text a digital catalog to you within 48 business hours after receiving your questionnaire.

- Gift Ideas & Delivery: 10 to 14 days. Questionnaires must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to your gift delivery date. Gifts must be selected a minimum of 7 days prior to you gift delivery date, or rush shipping fees may apply.

You'll receive a text with a link to our questionnaire within minutes after purchasing your service. If there is an issue with our text, please email hello@poppygifting.com.

We offer one complimentary catalog revision.

- Additional catalog revisions are available at a fee of $15 per revision.
- Gifts may include up to four individual items. Any additional items can be included at an added fee of $15 per item.
- Pre-delivery gift assembly (e.g. building a dollhouse) is available at a fee of $50 per item.
- Scheduling support for experiential gifts is available at a fee of $50 per event.

A single gift service can include up to 5 gift components. Additional components or gift items may incur additional fees.

No, you may redeem your services at any time throughout the month; they do not need to all be redeemed at one time. Please note that unused services will not roll into the next month.

Upon completion of each service, we will send another questionnaire link that you may use when you're ready.

Our highly personalized service curates an assortment of recommended gifts just for you. After purchasing our service, we ask you to complete a quick gift questionnaire. We use your answers to help us build a Gift Catalog featuring curated assortment of potential gifts just for you. You select the item(s) you'd like to gift and we'll take care of the rest.

No! We work with gifts of all sizes, from the smallest tokens to the biggest of gestures.

In each Gift Catalog, you'll receive 3-5 gift suggestions. Please note: Timing and inventory of each retail partner may vary and while we do our best to include gifts that will remain in stock, we are unable to guarantee a certain gift until orders have been confirmed.

For Gifting Service Subscription Plans, 48 hours prior to your requested delivery date if you've purchased Gift Ideas plan and 14 days prior to your requested delivery date if you've purchased a Gift Ideas & Delivery plan.

For Corporate & Group Gifting orders, inquiries must be submitted 4 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.

For Party Favor orders, inquiries must be submitted 2 weeks prior to your requested delivery date.

For Gift Wrapping orders, inquiries must be submitted 2 weeks preior to your requested delivery date.

We offer one complimentary catalog revision so you always find the perfect gift for your chosen recipient.

A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all domestic shipments. Additional shipping fees may apply for expedited, international, or oversized (packaging exceeding 5 lbs or 12” x 12” x 12”) deliveries.

Gifts are delivered within 7-14 days from the time of your selection to the arrival to your gift recipient. Some gifts may be sent via rush shipping upon request. Additional fees may apply. Please note that some gifts may incur delays with shipping carriers due to weather or holidays. If you need to change your delivery date based on the date provided in your questionnaire, please contact us at hello@poppygitfing.com and we'll be happy to help.

There are no additional fees for either signature or holiday gift wrap.

Once your gift has been selected, our team will submit an invoice for the gift and shipping costs to the email that we have on file within your customer profile.

If you or your recipient are dissatisfied with your gift or order, we'll be happy to help. Items eligible for return are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
