Gifting FAQs

Gifting services are inclusive of Service Fees and Gift, Wrap, & Shipping Costs. Service Fees are collected at a flat rate at the onset of our work together. Gift, Wrap, & Shipping Costs are billed upon selection and shipment of the gifts.

There are no required minimums; however, we recommend a starting budget of $50 per gift to allow for a considered and elevated selection of gifts. 

Our team may provide support for small-scale gifting projects of <20 and large-scale projects of >1,000. Services and scopes vary based on the project’s scale.

Yes! From branded packaging to product customization, we offer a range of personalization options to reflect your personal or brand identity or event theme. 

We can also incorporate custom wrapping (i.e. boxes, tissue, ribbon, collateral, gift tags) or your existing personal or brand collateral and materials to create a cohesive experience.

All gift catalogs vary by project, but we typically include a minimum of 10 gifts in every catalog.

For personal gifting, we suggest 14 days from start to gift fulfillment. 

For business gifting, we suggest a minimum of four weeks though timelines vary based on the volume of gifts, level of customization, and sourcing needs. We do offer rush services, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll assess what’s possible.

In each catalog, you'll receive 5-10 gift suggestions. Please note: Timing and inventory of each gift may vary and while we do our best to include gifts that will remain in stock, we are unable to guarantee a certain gift until orders have been confirmed.

We also offer up to two catalog revisions.

For gift delivery by December 25th, 2025, we stop accepting project requests on Friday, December 5th. At that point, we’re happy to explore gift delivery options in early January.
