Shipping Times, Cost & Tracking
Shipping times vary, but are estimated to take 5-7 business days.Since we are a dropship business that carries a multitude of brands, shipping times and costs vary due to origin, stock, pre-orders. Shipping costs will be presented in your cart upon checkout.
Some gifts, including but not limited to personalized products, are made to order and require production before shipping.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also view your order status and tracking information via your Account Details > Order History page.
Return Policy & Exchanges
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@poppygifting.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement item or refund.
Should you wish to make an exchange, please email our support team at hello@poppygifting.com within 15 days of the delivery date to request a gift exchange. Please specify which product you’d like to exchange your item for. We will do our best to accommodate the exchange, but cannot guarantee approval. If approved, return shipping fees will apply and all items must be returned to us unused with all tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Gift Wrap
Gift wrapping is currently available exclusively for gifts in our Wrapped and Ready collection. All other items from our site are not wrapped, but they may arrive in the brand's own specialty packaging (branded tissue or box).
Custom Gifting Services
What types of occasions can you help gift for?
We curate gifts for a range of moments—whether it’s for corporate needs (employee and client appreciation gifting, event welcome favors, influencer gift fulfillment, etc.) or personal needs (birthday gifts, party favors, bachelorette welcome gifts, or family holiday gifts, etc.).
Can gifts be customized with brand logos or messaging?
Yes! From branded packaging to product customization, we offer a range of personalization options to reflect your personal or brand identity or event theme.
We can also incorporate custom wrapping (i.e. boxes, tissue, ribbon, collateral, gift tags) or your existing personal or brand collateral and materials to create a cohesive experience.
How long do custom gifting services take?
For individual and personal gifting purposes, we suggest 14 days from start to gift fulfillment.
For at-scale and business gifting purposes, we suggest a minimum of four weeks though timelines vary based on the volume of gifts, level of customization, and sourcing needs. We do offer rush services, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll assess what’s possible.
How many gift ideas will be presented in my gift catalog?
All gift catalogs vary by project. We typically present recommended gift ideas by category, purpose, or price range and include a minimum of 10 gifts in every catalog.
We also offer up to two complimentary catalog revisions to ensure you find the exact gifts you’re looking for.
Is there a minimum price requirement for the gifts in my catalog?
There are no required minimums; however, we recommend a starting budget of $50 per gift to allow for a considered and elevated selection of gifts.
Our team provides support for small-scale gifting projects of <10 and large-scale projects of >1,000. Services and scopes vary based on the project’s scale.
Are gifts purchased through Custom Gifting Services wrapped?
Yes, all gifts purchased through Custom Gifting Services are wrapped. Upon selection of your gift, we’ll provide gift wrap options for you to choose from.
