Shipping Times, Cost & Tracking
Shipping times vary, but are estimated to take 5-7 business days.Since we are a dropship business that carries a multitude of brands, shipping times and costs vary due to origin, stock, pre-orders. Shipping costs will be presented in your cart upon checkout.
Some gifts, including but not limited to personalized products, are made to order and require production before shipping.
Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You may also view your order status and tracking information via your Account Details > Order History page.
Return Policy & Exchanges
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@poppygifting.com. We’ll make it right with a replacement item or refund.
Should you wish to make an exchange, please email our support team at hello@poppygifting.com within 15 days of the delivery date to request a gift exchange. Please specify which product you’d like to exchange your item for. We will do our best to accommodate the exchange, but cannot guarantee approval. If approved, return shipping fees will apply and all items must be returned to us unused with all tags and designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Gift Wrap
At this time, gifts purchased directly from our site are not wrapped. They may arrive in the brand’s specialty packaging (branded tissue or box).

What types of occasions can you help gift for?
We curate gifts for a range of moments—whether it’s for corporate needs (employee and client appreciation gifting, event welcome favors, influencer gift fulfillment, etc.) or personal needs (birthday gifts, party favors, bachelorette welcome gifts, or family holiday gifts, etc.).
Can gifts be customized with brand logos or messaging?
Absolutely. From product customization (engravings, embroidery, logos, etc.) to branded packaging and wrapping (tissue, custom boxes, collateral inserts, gift tags, note cards, etc.), we offer a range of personalization options to reflect your brand identity, event theme, a personal memory or message, etc.
How long do custom gifting services take?
A Gift for One: We recommend beginning your service a minimum of 14 days before your gift delivery date.
Gifting at Scale: Timelines vary based on the volume of gifts, level of customization, and sourcing needs. For most projects, we recommend reaching out at least 4 weeks prior to your gift delivery date. We do offer rush services—just reach out and we’ll assess what's possible.
How many gift ideas will be presented in my gift catalog?
In each catalog, you'll receive 5-10 gift suggestions. Please note: Timing and inventory of each gift may vary and while we do our best to include gifts that will remain in stock, we are unable to guarantee a certain gift until orders have been confirmed.
We also offer up to two catalog revisions if you’d like to see additional gift ideas.
Is there a minimum price requirement for the gifts in my catalog?
No! We curate for all budgets and present gifts of all price and sizes, from the smallest tokens to the biggest of gestures.
Are gifts purchased through Custom Gifting Services wrapped?
Yes, all gifts purchased through Custom Gifting Services are wrapped. Upon selection of your gift, we’ll provide gift wrap options for you to choose from.
