How long do custom gifting services take?

For individual and personal gifting purposes, we suggest 14 days from start to gift fulfillment. For at-scale and business gifting purposes, we suggest a minimum of four weeks though timelines vary based on the volume of gifts, level of customization, and sourcing needs. We do offer rush services, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll assess what’s possible.

How are the gift catalogs organized and how many gifts will be included?

All gift catalogs vary by project. We typically present recommended gift ideas by category, purpose, or price range and include a minimum of 10 gifts in every catalog.We also offer up to two complimentary catalog revisions to ensure you find the exact gifts you’re looking for.

Can gifts be customized with branding or messaging?

Yes! From branded packaging to product customization, we offer a range of personalization options to reflect your personal or brand identity or event theme. We can also incorporate custom wrapping (i.e. boxes, tissue, ribbon, collateral, gift tags) or your existing personal or brand collateral and materials to create a cohesive experience.

Is there a minimum price or volume requirement for custom gifting services?

There are no required minimums; however, we recommend a starting budget of $50 per gift to allow for a considered and elevated selection of gifts. Our team provides support for small-scale gifting projects of <10 and large-scale projects of >1,000. Services and scopes vary based on the project’s scale.

Fees are not inclusive of production costs (gifts, wrapping materials, branding, printing, packaging, shipping, and storage).Single gift services fees typically begin at $250. Custom gifting projects are billed by Service Fees and Production Costs. Production costs (inclusive of gifts, wrapping materials, branding, printing, packaging, shipping, and storage) are billed upon selection and shipment of the gifts.

Yes! Before we curate gift ideas, we gather key details from you about the occasion, recipient, and more. All gifts are reviewed and selected by you. Catalogs may be revised up to two times. Gifts are further personalized with handwritten notes, wrapping, and on-brand inserts.
