- You can modify, pause or cancel at any time! For Gift Ideas & Delivery, questionnaires must be completed 14 days prior to your gift delivery date. 
- A minimum three month subscription required to redeem one free month of the 1 Service Plan. The 1 Service Plan free trial is limited to one use per customer.
  • We get it—it's overwhelming to shop for the perfect gift. We'll share a list of favorites that are always a hit!

    Guided by the details you share, we'll curate gift ideas tailored to your recipient and the occasion. Your catalog will include purchase details so you can tackle ordering, wrapping and delivering the gift yourself.

  • Coming up with a gift idea is hard enough, add wrapping plus a trip to the shipping store and it becomes a whole day project.

    In addition to gift ideas tailored to your recipient and occasion, we'll also wrap and ship your gift using our festive wrapping paper and a handwritten note card to make it personal.

FAQs

1. Gift Ideas: 48 Hours! We'll text a digital catalog to you within 48 business hours after receiving your questionnaire.

2. Gift Ideas & Delivery: 10 to 14 days. Questionnaires must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to your gift delivery date. Gifts must be selected a minimum of 7 days priori to you gift delivery date, or rush shipping fees may apply.

You'll receive a text with a link to our questionnaire within minutes after purchasing your service. If there is an issue with our text, please email hello@poppygifting.com.

We offer one complimentary catalog revision.

- Additional catalog revisions are available at a fee of $15 per revision.
- Gifts may include up to four individual items. Any additional items can be included at an added fee of $15 per item.
- Pre-delivery gift assembly (e.g. building a dollhouse) is available at a fee of $50 per item.
- Scheduling support for experiential gifts is available at a fee of $50 per event.

Service fees are nonrefundable. Your order confirmation email includes a link to a portal where you can manage your membership. If you don't wish to renew your membership, you may cancel it at any time. Please note that we do not issue refunds for remaining services.

If your recipient is dissatisfied with their gift or needs to exchange the item(s) for any reason, we'll be happy to help. Please contact us at hello@poppygitfing.com. All gifts with personalized detailing such as monograms or customized messaging are non-returnable.

Failure to pay the invoice for your gift within 14 days will result in a cancelled order. Service fees are nonrefundable.

When you purchase a gifting subscription plan you're completing payment for service fees only. If you have purchased a recurring subscription, your card on file will be charged on a monthly basis. The cost of your gift is not included in the service fee. If you've purchased a Gift Ideas & Delivery plan, Poppy will request credit card payment for your gift prior to shipment to your recipient.

At this time, services do not roll over to the following month.
