How long does the Gift Kitting service take, from start to gift delivery?

We require a minimum of three weeks for gift kitting services without customization. For any gift kitting services that require customized components or collateral, we require a minimum of four weeks. All kit components must be deliverd to Poppy Gifting within five business days prior to the requested gift delivery date, or rush fees may apply.All customizations and collateral must be approved within 7 business days prior to requested delivery date, or rush fees may apply.

Are there any service add ons or added fees?

- Curation of additional gift components is offered at a flat fee of $55- Product procurement is offered at a flat fee of $3- White label packaging is a flat fee of $20- Additional gift components, beyond four, can be included at an added fee of $15 per component. - Storage of gifts that are not shipped during the scoped timeline is available for $50 per sq. ft. per month, beginning 2 weeks after the original gift shipment

What are the billing terms?

Service fees are nonrefundable. Poppy Gifting requests payment of service fees at the onset of our project. Prior to shipping gifts to the recipients, we will submit an invoice for the payment of wrapping, shipping, and any associated collateral or gift costs.

Our team will design a custom fulfillment plan best suited to your project needs. We'll kick things off with a digital questionnaire and discovery call to confirm procurement, collateral/note design, and wrapping needs. Procured gifts will be sent directly to our facility, where we'll pack, wrap, and ship gift kits to your recipients. Upon completion, you will receive a digital invoice for shipping and any additional wrapping costs.
Signature gift wrap is included in the service fee. Custom gift wrap and design management is available at an added fee(s).
A flat $20 shipping or local delivery fee applies to all domestic shipments. Additional shipping fees may apply for international or oversized (packaging exceeding 5 lbs or 12” x 12” x 12”) deliveries.
