    We get it—it's overwhelming to shop for the perfect gift. We'll share a list of favorites that are always a hit!

    Guided by the details you share, we'll curate gift ideas tailored to your recipient and the occasion. Your catalog will include purchase details so you can tackle ordering, wrapping and delivering the gift yourself.

 

FAQs

- Gift Ideas: 48 Hours! We'll text a digital catalog to you within 48 business hours after receiving your questionnaire.

- Gift Ideas & Delivery: 10 to 14 days. Questionnaires must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to your gift delivery date. Gifts must be selected a minimum of 7 days prior to you gift delivery date, or rush shipping fees may apply.

After purchasing your service, you will receive a text from our team that includes a link to your questionnaire. If you are unable to find the original link to your questionnaire, please email hello@poppygifting.com.

We offer one complimentary catalog revision.

- Additional catalog revisions are available at a fee of $15 per revision.
- Gifts may include up to four individual items. Any additional items can be included at an added fee of $15 per item.
- Pre-delivery gift assembly (e.g. building a dollhouse) is available at a fee of $50 per item.
- Scheduling support for experiential gifts is available at a fee of $50 per event.

Service fees are nonrefundable. If your recipient is dissatisfied with their gift or needs to exchange the item(s) for any reason, we'll be happy to help. Please contact us at hello@poppygitfing.com. All gifts with personalized detailing such as monograms or customized messaging are non-returnable.

Failure to pay the invoice for your gift within 14 days will result in a cancelled order. Service fees are nonrefundable.

Upon placing your order for The Gifting Service you're completing your payment of service fees only. The cost of your gift is not included in the service fee. If you're using The Gifting Service for Ideas & Delivery, you will receive an invoice for the gift and shipping costs upon selection of your gift.
