Our highly personalized service curates an assortment of potential gifts just for you, based on your replies from a quick questionnaire. All you have to do is select the item(s) you think your recipient will like best, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Group Gifting Service

A collection of the same gift (or gifts) that can be distributed to groups ranging from 11-50 recipients.

A great choice for bridal parties, team gifts, or a set of dear friends.

Corporate, Event & Promotional Gifting

A collection of the same gift (or gifts) that can be distributed to any group larger than 50 recipients. 

Great for large events, corporate gifting, or product seeding.

The Gift Shop

Individual, ready-made gift boxes that include a variety of items.

Perfect when you're in a pinch—these boxes are ready to ship right away!

Gift Packs

A one-time purchase of either 5 or 10 gift packages that can be used at any time within a calendar year.

A great way to save on our services and make sure you're set for whatever this year has in store.

Registry Consultancy

We collaborate with engaged couples and soon-to-be parents to refine their registry aesthetic, and help decide where (and how) to register.

We’ll work with you to create a wedding or baby registry that has everything you want—and need—on it.

What does Poppy Gifting do?

Poppy Gifting provides a high-touch service that simplifies your search for a great gift. We can help you find the right gift for any occasion that feels unique, delightful and just-perfect, whoever your desired recipient may be. Our services include Individual Gifting, Group Gifting, Corporate, Event & Promotional Gifting, Ready-to-Gift, Wedding & Baby Registry Consultancy and 5 & 10 Gift Packs.

What types of occasions can Poppy Gifting help with?

We can help with any gifting need. Whether you're searching for a beautiful birthday present, have been tasked with managing corporate holiday gifts at work, or you're putting together your first baby registry, we can help you find the right gift for any occasion.

How does it work?

Our highly personalized service curates an assortment of recommended gifts just for you. After purchasing our service, we ask you to complete a quick gift questionnaire. We use your answers to help us build a Gift Catalog featuring curated assortment of potential gifts just for you. You select the item(s) you'd like to gift and we'll take care of the rest.

Is there a minimum price for the gift itself?

No! We work with gifts of all sizes, from the smallest tokens to the biggest of gestures.

How many gifts suggestions will I receive in the Gift Catalog?

In each Gift Catalog, you'll receive 3-5 gift suggestions. Please note: Timing and inventory of each retail partner may vary and while we do our best to include gifts that will remain in stock, we are unable to guarantee a certain gift until orders have been confirmed.

How do your Gift Packs work?

Our Gift Packs can be redeemed within one year of purchase, either one at a time or all at once. Based on your initial questionnaire replies, we'll proactively send reminders of your gifting occasions to keep you on track with your specified dates (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) throughout the year. This service includes gift curation, procurement, signature gift wrapping, delivery, and quality assurance.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

For Individual Gifting orders, questionnaires must be submitted 14 days prior to your requested delivery date. For Group Gifting orders, inquiries must be submitted 4 weeks prior to your requested delivery date. For Corporate, Event & Promotional Gifting orders, inquiries must be submitted 6 weeks prior to your requested delivery date. For Registry Consultancy, timelines are available upon request.

What if I am not satisfied with the gift options presented to me in the Gift Catalog?

We offer up to two rounds of complimentary revisions, so you always find the perfect gift for your chosen recipient.

What is your shipping policy?

All gifts for recipients within 20 miles of San Francisco proper will be hand delivered by Poppy Gifting. Upon shipment of the gift, clients will be invoiced for any shipping fees that exceed $20. If rush shipping is needed, it may be available upon request (to be confirmed upon gift selection). Additional fees may apply. 

When will my gift arrive?

Gifts are delivered within 7-14 days from the time of your selection to the arrival to your gift recipient. Some gifts may be sent via rush shipping upon request. Additional fees may apply. Please note that some gifts may incur delays with shipping carriers due to COVID or holidays. If you need to change your delivery date based on the date provided in your questionnaire, please contact us at and we'll be happy to help.

Do I have to pay extra for wrapping?

There are no additional fees for either signature or holiday gift wrap.

How will I be invoiced for the gift cost and shipping fees?

Once your gifts have been procured and shipping rates have been confirmed, you'll receive an invoice from our team with the total gift cost and any additional shipping fees.

What do Poppy Gifting's fees include?

Our service fee includes gift curation, procurement, wrap, delivery, and quality assurance. Clients are invoiced separately for the cost of the gift and any shipping fees over $20 once they gift has been shipped.

What's your return policy?

If you or your recipient are dissatisfied with your gift or order, we'll be happy to help. Items eligible for return are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Restrictions to apply, please see here for more information.
